Terms of service, Fair Usage Policy rules, TRAI guidelines, and billing policies for Skyworld Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd.

1. Service Definition & TRAI Guidelines

Broadband has been defined by the Department of Telecommunications (DOT) as an "always on" connection with a minimum download speed of 512 Kbps. All limited tariff plans offered by Skyworld Infotech adhere strictly to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) guidelines established by TRAI.

2. Plan Validity & Billing Cycle

All standard home broadband packages carry a 30-day billing validity cycle from the date of activation. Subscriptions are payable in advance. Government taxes (GST) extra as applicable.

3. Summary of Plan Conditions

1 High-Speed Optical Fiber (FTTH) technology delivered straight to customer premises in Agra.
2 Truly Unlimited broadband plans include a commercial Fair Usage Policy (FUP) cap of 3,300 GB (3.3 TB) per month.
3 Internet Leased Line tariff provides 1:1 dedicated symmetrical unlimited bandwidth.
4 Equal 1:1 Upload & Download symmetrical speed experience on Fiber networks & Leased Lines.
5 Free Dual-Band Optical ONT Router available on annual broadband plan payments.
6 All standard Fiber home broadband packages carry 30 days billing validity.
7 Speeds subject to technical feasibility and optical cable line availability at customer location.
8 Government taxes (GST extra as applicable).

4. Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)

Outdoor wireless receiver antennas, POE adapters, or optical terminal devices supplied by Skyworld Infotech during connection setup remain the property of the company unless purchased outright by the customer. Subscribers are responsible for protecting CPE devices from physical damage or unauthorized tampering.

5. Home Plan Usage Scope

Home broadband plans are strictly intended for personal, non-commercial, and domestic residential use. Commercial resale or redistribution of home connection bandwidth to third parties is prohibited under TRAI regulations.
